A paid, private Skool membership to learn and use AI on your own terms — for yourself, your whānau, your mahi, and your community. Real people, not tech-bros.
There's plenty of free AI training out there already. What's missing isn't more tutorials — it's community. A real place to talk with other wāhine about how you're actually using AI day to day, swap what's working, and ask the questions you wouldn't ask a stranger on YouTube.
We're wāhine figuring AI out in our own businesses too — not developers. Real scenarios, no tech-bro jargon.
Use AI daily and never told anyone? Been called a "cheat code" for it? This is a space built for honesty, not defensiveness.
Data, privacy, and Māori Data Sovereignty aren't an afterthought here.
Real build-alongs for daily life and mahi — not theory, not a lecture.
Real kōrero with founders and peers on making judgement calls with AI.
Using AI safely to advance kaupapa without compromising values.
A place to connect with other wāhine Māori and hear how they're actually using AI, day to day.
Built for wāhine who are done waiting for someone else to make AI make sense for them.
We started Tuhi Stationery 8 years ago together — we know what it takes to build a Māori ecommerce business. Fast forward to today, we're both actively using AI in our businesses and community, but there's no space for actual users — not techies — to come together and share learnings. So, we built it.
Founder of Tuhi Stationery and the wider Tuhi ecosystem. Twice an iwi Chief Executive, former National Manager Māori Health at the Ministry of Health, with a background spanning law, business, and operations across Aotearoa, Australia, and Samoa.
Original co-founder of Tuhi, and now Founder & Strategy Lead at Tiaho Mai Consultancy — pūrākau and whakapapa-led strategy work for organisations, marae, and agencies across Aotearoa, turning strong kaupapa into clear, workable systems.
This isn't theoretical for either of us — it's the mahi we're both already doing, with our own clients and our own businesses.
Michelle has run hands-on AI wānanga across Aotearoa — including an AI Introduction Wānanga at EIT Tūranga, a Marae AI Kick Starter at Te Awamaarahi Marae, and AI + Marae Development wānanga with Makomako and Wharekawa Marae. Not theory — real sessions with real people.
Geneva has built and launched AI-assisted products across the Tuhi ecosystem — including Manaaki Tāngata, a tangihanga logistics app helping whānau coordinate marae bookings and support, and the Mōhio Matariki Quiz, built and launched entirely with AI.
We'll email you when Wāhine Who Build opens for enrolment — nothing else.
